fever

Well now I know why I had a shadow all day today. Every time I moved, Sam was right on my tail. When I would sit, he would stand next to me leaning on me like he was at a bar. Elbow up, feet crossed.

Come bed time, I noticed he was so warm. At first, I just snuggled with him tighter because it was so dang cozy, for both of us. Then I realized his neck was burning up and decided we needed to check his temperature. He wasn't acting sick, but he was pretty out of it. I thought it might be because it was bed time, but his temp was 103.6, so medicine and more snuggling was needed. We'll see what tomorrow brings. . .
